Comments: Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply. We collect a pet deposit of $300 for one pet or $450 for two. Monthly Pet rent is $25 for one pet or $40 for two.

Restrictions: The breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, American Staffordshire Terrier, and any mixes that include one of these breeds.
